    If you like mind mapping, you should check out a new planner that combines Mind Mapping with Time Management. It is really effective in helping you manage in the new focus economy. You can find it at http://www.BubblePlanner.com.

  3. When your mindmaps get too big, you can go 3D with 3D Topicscape. It uses the mindmapping paradigm, but does not enforce a strict hierarchy, so you can put a keyword under several parents, without duplication.
