…not quite a true sync across platforms yet. Two points in particular:
1) Plaxo & Google Calendar have been having big problems with each other. As of this writing, Google has even been removed as a possible sync point with Plaxo 3.0.
2) Plaxo itself cannot sync with the mobile phone calendar, only with its own web interface.
Plaxo is what i have been looking for a long time. And currently the important features are all free. Recommended. Gcal sync does appear to be working right now, though doesn’t update very often (have to use manual sync).
By the way, Plaxo has a premium product “mobile plus”, which does sync a mobile’s contacts, so does provide the complete sync option (for US mobile users).
Thanks for the mention and example diagram from Gliffy. We are very appreciative. If you have any suggestions and/or feedback please drop us a line at our newly revamped website! Thanks,

Something has changed on Plaxo and it is no longer useful as a place to keep your business contact info on line. Maybe if you are a premium member (but I don’t think so). They seem to have skewed it to a friends and family oriented social networking site.
I joined after reading this post Nov 7 2007 and it worked as promised to sync my Blackberry, but Plaxo is NOT useful for this anymore. Sorry. Try something else.

Nice, I was thinking about switching to use Plaxo for this as well.

Thanks zusya!
I logged in to Plaxo, where they had this message:
“Google Calendar Sync has been temporarily disabled. We are working diligently to resolve the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
I hope they’ll fix it soon!
And you are right. To sync with the phone’s own calendar, you’d need to connect it to the computer. I think I wrote that rather carelessly!

Best solution so far in the Synch Race. Still trying to figure out how to expand the notes and tasks synch to a mac desktop…

@shane
Thank you for clarifying the ‘mobile plus’ option. As you said everything is now synced!
